Instructions for Submitting Problem Statement Preferences
Dear Team,
Please read carefully before submitting your choices:
General Guidelines:
Only the team leader must fill this form once, on behalf of the entire team.
Rank all 12 problem statements from 1 (most preferred) to 12 (least preferred).
Discuss as a team before submitting. No edits will be allowed after submission.
Allocation Logic:
Problem statements will be assigned based on preferences and availability.
Each problem statement will be assigned to 5–10 teams to ensure fair distribution.
In case of tie or conflict, earlier submissions will be prioritised and organisers decision is final
After Submission:
You will receive your final assigned problem statement via email (to the team leader’s email ID) within 24 business hours of submission.
No changes or swaps will be allowed after allocation.
Important:
Incomplete, duplicate, or incorrectly ranked forms may lead to random allocation.
Teams must work only on the problem assigned and follow all instructions shared post-allocation.
